Crowd Management

Our crowd management staff are all trained and hold an SIA Door Supervisor license. Door Supervisors all attend annual refresher training to maintain their physical personal safety training records set by Right Guard Security. They are all uniformed in our company uniform which includes a bright yellow polo shirt, black trousers, a hi-visibility jacket and a baseball cap. Our uniform is very distinctive which is well suited for crowd management and has a unique number on each polo shirt and jacket.

Incident Response Teams

CUP Response teams are mixtures of experienced Door Supervisors and Close protection teams, they work in both uniformed and covert roles ensuring incidents are resolved quickly and safely. All IRT teams have one first aider as they in most circumstances are first to an incident and can stabilise a situation before the Medical team arrives hence we provide fast and efficient service compared to all other security companies. Conflict management is what the IRT was designed for; they thrive in these situations and endeavour to resolve every situation including crowd management peacefully but are trained to deal with physical evictions.
